A hygiene wipe, or wet wipe, is a piece of material that comes folded and can be placed in warm water for medical use. Hygiene wipes are currently used by the NHS (Britain) in medical centers and in child-care facilities for wound dressing. For the general public, hygiene wipes remain relatively experimental and, although they are recommended by the majority of health professionals, are commonly unknown.
